Refunds Please see my Terms and Conditions for cancellations. I will also accept returns on faulty goods. I expect you to email or call me immediately letting me know your goods are faulty or damaged. If you are returning the Products because they are faulty or mis-described, I will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to me.
