Each piece is lovingly handmade using the finest Belgian couverture chocolate, chosen for its exceptional smoothness and rich, indulgent flavour. Utilising fresh ingredients wherever possible, minimal sugars and fresh cream, so many have a short shelf life. I acknowledge people need to plan and purchase ahead - so from time to time - especially during the Christmas period, I make the chocolates so they have a longer shelf life but still the same deliciousness. From the first bite to the last, my chocolates are crafted to delight your senses and make every moment feel special.
